Returns

Due to the nature of health and wellness products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or expired.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The package was received in a tampered condition.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging.
  • Proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the product must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used supplement products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Orders returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued:

  • To the original payment method for prepaid orders
  • As store credit or bank transfer for eligible cases, if required

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
